How Voting Works

Credits are the currency of governance. When you vote, you spend credits — and those credits benefit everyone else in the ecosystem.

When You Vote...

Credits spent on voting are removed from circulation. This means there's more USDC in the reward pool per remaining credit — your vote literally increases everyone else's redemption rate.

Quadratic Voting

SUITE uses quadratic voting to keep things fair. The more votes you cast on a single proposal, the more each additional vote costs:

This means someone with lots of credits can't just dominate every vote — they have to choose which proposals matter most to them.

Proposal Lifecycle

1. Submitted

Anyone with a connected account can submit a proposal. Describe what you want built or changed.

2. Open Voting

When the first vote is cast, a 7-day voting period begins. Community members spend credits to vote for or against. Everyone gets 1 free vote per proposal.

3. Resolution

After voting ends, proposals are reviewed. Passed proposals enter the AI Fleet's build queue. Authors of passed proposals earn bonus credits.

Voting Rules

  • First vote is free — Everyone gets 1 free vote per proposal
  • One direction per proposal — Once you vote FOR or AGAINST, you can't switch
  • Add more votes anytime — You can increase your vote power (costs more credits)
  • All votes are public — Governance data is fully transparent
